Our rooms have been carefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with excellent fabrics and colours. Each room has been individually designed with period pieces, interesting artwork and artefacts to encourage your requiescence.

We have 12 bedrooms, 10 of which have private facilities. All rooms have TV, Telephone, Radio Alarm Clock, Trouser Press, Hair Drier and Tea/Coffee making facilities. When booking please specify a preference for shower or bath (subject to availability).

Our Lounge Bar offers tranquil spaces to meet and greet guests, read the periodicals, enjoy refreshments and indulge in a snack. With many objects of puzzlement and intrigue frequenting the walls and ceilings, you’ll have plenty to discuss with friendly locals and staff. Native artists have been known to display their creations; visitors have even purchased them.

We have several rooms available with en suite facilities. Each has it’s own specific character and identity. Some have Victorian fireplaces, in others, original oak beams reveal their secrets to the interested traveller. For the romantically inclined, try our Four Poster en suite with shower. Our en suite rooms are priced from £45 single with shower to £68 double with bath and shower.

Our Superior Rooms offer the best facilities available, in the quietest part of this Grade II listed building. All the normal features plus shower and bath, lounge area and view of the Walled Garden. Full breakfast service is included in the price at £75 per night for two or the single price of £52.
