Frequent users of the Cross Keys and established long term business customers are welcome to set up account facilities (with the necessary financial accreditation). For Conferences and Business Meetings, we have several Function Rooms available, in varying sizes to accommodate most requirements. We can facilitate up to 40 delegates with projection screen and stand available at no extra cost. Our Catering Facilities are at your disposal whether for tea and biscuits or an a la carte lunch.

We are pleased to offer an Outside Bar set-up including professional staff, bar and booze and a license when requested. (Please note a minimum of 30 days notice is required to apply for a licence. Please allow for this time in your planning.)

Outside Bars

We are very pleased to offer an Outside Bar Service. From fully trained staff to arranging a license, for small outdoor parties or full blown Corporate Engagements with Marquee and deejay. We will take the strain out of your busy schedule.

Of course, there are minimum requirements but, generally for a party of 100 guests, we charge £50 which includes fees for the licence. That’s it, so please make your enquiry using the form on the right and we will be in contact to make arrangements.
